RecruitrKit was born from years of frustration with clunky, overpriced ATS tools that slowed teams down instead of speeding them up.
In 2023, our founders Alex and Priya found themselves on opposite sides of the same problem. Alex was a Head of Talent drowning in spreadsheets and clunky ATS software that cost a fortune but delivered very little. Priya was building hiring tools at scale and knew the technology could be 10x better.
They joined forces with a simple idea: what if recruitment software was built for the way modern teams actually work? Fast, collaborative, beautiful, and priced fairly.
Two years later, RecruitrKit powers hiring for over 200 teams across the UK. From solo recruiters to enterprise talent teams, we're on a mission to make hiring brilliantly simple.
