1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RecruitrKit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RecruitrKit Ltd.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
3. Use of Service
The Service provides recruitment tools including an applicant tracking system, job board hosting, candidate relationship management, and a recruiter marketplace. You may use the Service solely for lawful recruitment purposes in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, upload or transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, interfere with the operation or security of the Service, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the Service to discriminate against any protected class.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is the property of RecruitrKit Ltd. You retain ownership of any data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we will delete your data within 90 days.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecruitrKit Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
