4. How Candidate Data Is Collected

  • Interacts with marketplace-enabled recruitment workflows

By submitting an application through RecruitrKit, candidates explicitly acknowledge and accept that their personal data will be stored in the RecruitrKit candidate database and processed for recruitment-related purposes.

Candidate data may be shared with:

  • The recruiting agency or employer advertising the role

  • Authorised recruiters working on the role via the Marketplace

  • Integrated CRMs and recruitment systems

RecruitrKit does not sell personal data.
